Diced Goat

Made especially for slow cooked meals and curries. Our 1kg packs of bone in diced goat are perfect for anyone looking for high quality meat with good flavour. Our farmed goats are rotationally grazed with no chemical inputs mimicking natural systems which promote the health of soils and animals. Available in Mudgee every weekend at the local markets. Seasonal Beef

Available at select times throughout the year, our herd of Murray Grey cross Dexter cattle produce fantastic beef products from steak to mince. Rotationally grazed, grass fed and chemical free. When available, beef is sold each weekend at the local markets in Mudgee.

Pork Salami

In partnership with AC Farmhouse Charcuterie, we offer some of the country’s finest salami. Winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals at the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show, this local business has an amazing product. Available at select markets in Mudgee, come and have a taste before deciding which of the five flavours to buy - Fennel, Fennel & Chilli, Pork & Pepperberry, Black Truffle or Pink Peppercorn & Saltbush.
