About Us
A couple of idealistic city folk moved to the country to live the rural dream. The reality of a major blackberry and sweet briar infestation, erosion, degraded land and a lack of options soon hit hard. Plenty of mistakes and the stubbornness to look for the answer we were happy with led us here. Our extended family now include a herd of goats working with us to improve this tired land and return it to a productive state.
What we do
Servicing the Mudgee and Central Tablelands region, we offer goat hire for hazard reduction, to eat unwanted vegetation and control weeds. We promote sustainable farming practices such as Permaculture and Holistic Management, offering Permaculture designs, consultation and small earthworks. We consult with land owners and businesses to create and implement weed management plans using a range of regenerative techniques to improve biodiversity and soil health.
